Hold the pest control licences required where you operate; place the widget only on websites for that business; keep your promised response time honest; contact leads only about the request they made; stop contacting anyone who asks you to; and keep your portal login private.

Upload or import contact lists you did not collect yourself; send marketing messages to leads without their consent; use the widget to collect payment details, health information or government identifiers; edit the assistant's compliance rules to give chemical, pricing, legal or medical advice; misrepresent yourself as another company; probe, load-test or reverse engineer the platform; or resell access without written permission.
